  • Your order number

  • The reason for your return or refund

  • A clear photo if the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect


What Items Are Eligible?

We accept returns or refunds in the following cases:

  • The item arrived damaged or defective

  • The wrong item was sent, or part of the order is missing

  • You cancelled before dispatch

  • You changed your mind (UK “cooling-off period” applies to unused items only, excluding blind boxes)


🛍 Return Conditions

To qualify for a return:

  • Items must be unused, in original condition, and in unopened packaging

  • Blind boxes are non-returnable once opened, unless faulty or incorrect


🔁 Can I Exchange My Item?

Yes! We’re happy to offer exchanges on eligible items. Just contact us, and we’ll arrange a swift and simple swap.


🚚 Return Instructions (UK Customers)

  • All returns must be sent by post only

  • We provide prepaid return labels for approved returns

  • Return postage is free for faulty, incorrect, or missing items

  • No restocking fees apply


Refund Timeline

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method

  • Please allow 7–14 business days, depending on your payment provider

  • You will receive an email confirmation once the refund is processed


Non-Returnable Items (unless faulty)

Some items cannot be returned unless they are damaged or incorrect:

  • Opened mystery/blind box items

  • Custom-made or personalised items

  • Digital gift cards
