Q: Do you ship across the UK?
A: Yes! We deliver to all areas of England, Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland — with free UK shipping on every order.
Q: How long does delivery take?
A: Orders are processed within 1–2 business days and typically delivered in 7–8 business days. You’ll receive a tracking link once your parcel ships.
Q: Where are the items shipped from?
A: All orders are dispatched from our UK-based warehouse – no customs fees or delays!
Q: Do you offer international shipping?
A: At the moment, we only ship within the UK. For international orders, please visit POP MART’s official site.

Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: We accept Visa, MasterCard, Amex, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and PayPal, all processed securely in GBP (£).
Q: Is payment secure?
A: Absolutely. All transactions are SSL-encrypted and processed through trusted gateways (Stripe, PayPal). Your card details are never stored on our site.
🔁 Returns & Refunds
Q: What if my item is damaged or missing?

Q: Can I return a blind box if I don’t like the character?
A: Unfortunately, once opened, blind boxes cannot be returned unless the product is faulty. That’s part of the mystery and fun!

A: Refunds are usually processed within 7–14 business days, depending on your bank.

A: Yes, 100%! We only sell authentic Labubu figures from POP MART, including limited editions, collaborations, and secret editions.
Q: What is a “Secret Edition”?
A: Secret Editions are rare hidden figures in blind box series — they’re not listed on the box and are highly sought after by collectors!
