  • BFPO (British Forces Post Office) deliveries can be arranged when applicable.

  • If your parcel arrives visibly damaged, we recommend refusing delivery (if possible) and contacting us immediately.

  • For lost or undelivered parcels confirmed by the carrier, we will either:

    • Reship the order at no additional cost, or

    • Offer a store credit of greater value
